Kristin is the founder and CEO of LG Consulting Group, which she started while on maternity leave to help fellow women entrepreneurs and mothers build businesses that can support their lives and their families. With a Master's in Accountancy from Notre Dame and a background auditing at Ernst & Young, she brings the systems, numbers and grounded strategy that turn a big vision into a business that can actually hold it.
Teresa Sabatine
Founder, Love, Lizzy · Co-Founder, The C-Suite SchoolA business advisor and executive coach who, for over a decade, has guided founders and family businesses at every stage — from startups securing first funding to $100M+ enterprises navigating succession and transformation. She works at the intersection of strategy and human complexity, leading the hard conversations and decisions that shape a legacy. Teresa built The C-Suite School and Love, Lizzy to give women what she wished had existed when she was building her own path.
Ashley Chang Dawson
Co-Founder & CEO, SundaysAshley Chang Dawson is the co-founder and CEO of Sundays, inspired by her own mother — a software engineer in the 80s who left the workforce feeling she had to choose between career and family. Ashley spent a decade in early-stage tech, including roles at Collective Health and Carta, before founding Sundays. After speaking with more than 1,000 parents about what makes career and family so hard to hold together, she's on a mission to change that for the next generation.
