Our conference agenda combines keynote speakers, panel discussions, intimate workshops, evening excursions, and peer-led conversations that equip you with real solutions and welcome you in community with women who are actively designing a brighter world, together.
Sessions span the full landscape of what it means to lead and live as a woman. THE EXPERIENCE
YOUR 2.5 DAY JOURNEY
Arrival — Monday, April 20
Arrive in Chicago and drop your bag in your room at our partner hotel, The Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile. The conference kicks off in the evening with a Mix and Mingle Cocktail Reception and Opening Keynote, the first chance to meet your Core 5 and hear from expert panelists on capital investment and workplace equity to set the tone for the entire week.
Day ONE — Tuesday, April 21
The day moves through Vanguard Groups (intimate working sessions capped at 20 women each) in the morning and afternoon. Small groups and real conversations that give every woman in the room the space to contribute, ask, and leave with something actionable. The day also includes a Lunch Keynote and a Mindset Lab focused on mentoring and growth. The evening opens up for VIP Excursions across the city.
Day TWO — Wednesday, April 22
Another full day of Vanguard Groups (intimate working sessions capped at 20 women each), a Lunch Keynote, and Mindset Lab programming. More time to go deep with your Core 5, explore Chicago in the evening, and make the most of the exhibitor pop-ups and headshot sessions.
Day THREE — Thursday, April 23
The conference closes with an Awards Breakfast and exclusive networking at Minghin Cuisine in Streeterville, celebrating women being recognized across ten award categories spanning AI, healthcare, finance, media, wellness, and beyond. Honored for being the ones who go first, lead the change, and make the path easier for every woman who comes after.
Matriarchy is the act of connecting around ideas and solutions, sharing responsibility and resources, and creating prosperous workplaces and communities. A matriarch is many things. She leads organizations and holds communities together. She carries responsibility in ways that have no job title, showing up in boardrooms, in caretaking, in the spaces where her presence is the power.
